After a consultation with us, we will hand you the roadmap to turning your property into a deer haven and guide you step by step. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Property Analysis
We spend several hours scoping out your property to understand the ins and outs of what we are working with.
Step 2: Strategy Review
We ask questions and listen to your current strategies, limitations, and obstacles.
Step 3: Detailed Plan
We draft up a thorough plan that sketches out every single detail of what we think it takes to get award-winning deer feeding and bedding on your property.
Step 4: Expert Review
We send the plan to the top whitetail consultant in the country, our friend Don Higgins, who reviews the plan and gives his stamp of approval before sending it to the client.
Step 5: Guided Review
We’ll thoroughly review the 10+ page site plan with you, ensuring you’re a full partner in the process. Unlike other consultants, we believe your success is our success, and we’re committed to transparent, gimmick-free dealings.
Step 6: Implementation Planning
Then if you so prefer, discuss a timeline and phases for you to complete the site plan.
