Yes, we offer on-site evaluations to understand your land, goals, and budget. We will meet with you, get to know you, and discuss your personal goals and plans for the land. This helps us build a custom management plan tailored to your property. Then, we will do a thorough survey of the landscape before providing a map of improvements, a 10+ page write up, and the official stamp of approval from expert Don Higgins.
Can you help me develop a full property management plan?
Absolutely. We specialize in comprehensive planning—everything from long-term habitat strategy to seasonal food plot rotation, stand placement, and access routes.
Do I really need to hire someone for this project? Can we do it ourselves?
Our clients tend to be very busy people. While they might have the knowledge or the equipment to get the work done, we’ve seen great potential go to waste because they simply didn’t have the bandwidth to spray the beans in time or get the food plots out in a timely manner.
